Who Am I?
For the sake of this exercise, I’m a Tunbridge wells based artist working across wildlife, landscape, and abstract painting, usually guided by realism rather than strict subject matter — which is a great way of saying I do what feels right at the time with occasional trends in my subject matter.
My work moves between detailed studies of animals, large-scale landscapes, and more experimental abstract pieces. Sometimes they behave themselves and stay in their categories. Sometimes they don’t.
I’m interested in texture, presence, and the quieter details that tend to get overlooked - staring at them is a great form of procrastination.
